Replacement Costs
Our extended warranty services cover hardware repair and replacement for covered issues. However, for issues not covered under our warranty terms, such as accidental damage or natural calamities, customers will be responsible for the associated costs, including parts and labour.

These extended warranty plans are only available after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.
Initial Assessment
Before you qualify for our extended warranty services, we will check your printer to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If your printer does not qualify, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Replacement Policy
For hardware issues, we will attempt to repair the issue first. If we cannot repair your printer, it will be replaced according to the plan’s terms:
Basic Plans
Replacement with a refurbished printer of similar quality.
Pro and Elite Plans
Replacement with a new printer of equivalent quality.
Technician Visits
Technician visits included in the plan are limited to the specified number of visits per year. Additional visits will be provided at a discounted rate.
